Football Facilities Shortage

The Cambuslang and Rutherglen area have a number of volunteers working and developing football in the area. However many teams find they have to go out of the area to get reasonable facilities for training and matches.
The Problem
- The Cambuslang and Rutherglen area lacks adequate football facilities
- Local volunteers are working to develop football in the area
- Many teams must travel outside the area to find suitable training and match venues
Our Association's Role
Our association in the past has lobbied on behalf of local teams as Halfway and Drumsagard Village in particular has a need for facilities.
