1 Dog Wardens are unable to attend this meeting, but should be at the next.

2 Litter pick was a success and we hope to arrange another one later in the year. We should print a certificate for the children that attended.

3 The DVRA should apply for a grant for wild flower planting.

4 Money raised at book stall at Halfway Fun Day was used for drinks and prizes for the children that took part in the Litter Pick.

5 Bus numbers 64 /364 are now in service and go through Drumsagard.

6 We are still waiting for SLC Planning Dept. to provide the maintenance schedule and specification for the landscaping and roundabouts within Drumsagard.

7 PC. M Hartley informed us that there are specific regulations regarding speeding and criteria to be met before there can be changes to speed limit and road layout changes within Drumsagard. These have not been met, but he would contact SGT B Hughes to ask if the traffic car could patrol through the development occasionally. PC Hartley also informed us about the spate of break-ins and that the culprits have been caught. WE will also put a notice in the next newsletter that people should always report incidents to the police and for non-emergencies call101.

9  Communications meeting to be held on 27th August at 7pm in Jackie’s home.

10 Paths in Regeneration Park are being upgraded by the Community Payback Team.

11 We have to try and arrange a joint meeting with Hallside PTA.

12 Park View Primary school now open.

13 St Brides have moved into the old Cairns Primary School.

14 Cllr Brogan will now hold a surgery on the first Wednesday of the month in Hallside Primary.

15 Community council we be reformed in September.
