1  Plans for the facilities are making progress.

2  Domain name and online web filling regarding for the DVRA and Drumsagard Trust have been renewed at a cost of £22.33p and £15 respectively.

3  The £50,000 has been placed in a high interest account has made £204 and £218.79p in the last two months. This money will remain in this account until it is needed for the project.

4  Roads department are still looking into the flooding on the main Hamilton road.

5  WE have applied for a grant to hold a Pensioners Christmas night.

6  Jim welcomed the representatives from the Greenbelt Co who were here to discuss the plans for the maintenance for next season. We have had some residents complain about the height of the willow in the access strips and also how it does damage to their property. The Greenbelt Co informed us that although willow will grow in height and its roots spread, the roots will not damage foundations of any buildings. They also gave permission for anyone to cut back any overhanging branches on their property. We have asked that they consider cutting back all the willow in all the access strips, if not in one season but over a few seasons, they will let us know.

 The problem of path erosion on the castle site was also discussed and although they did agree that it was bad we would have to decide what we would prioritise as they had a limited budget. We also discussed the maintenance of the roundabouts and we were informed that although they were responsible for some, the legal title for others and small parcels of land had not yet been transferred from HJ Banks ownership. There is also a dispute of ownership of a piece of land between the park and ride and Village rd, this will be looked into.
